Poonam Pandey, born on 11 March 1991 is a controversial Indian model and a self-proclaimed cricket fan. Poonam is a 19 year old model from Mumbai. She is 5 feet-7-inches tall and strive to be the best model in India.
In March 2011 she said that she was ready to strip naked in front of the stadium audience, if India continues to win the 2011 Cricket World Cup. An FIR is responsible for indecency lodged against her at Kotwali police station dehat the direction of the Chief Judicial agistrate, Balrampur, India. She debuted on television as a contestant in Fear Factor , Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 4, which was organized by Akshay Kuma.
Poonam Pandey is popular among her opinions before she made a sensational statement that she will give a naked show of Team India will win the World Cup, but she did not know and said some causes and disappointed in Team India. Hindustan Times called it "the biggest hoax in modern times." In an interview IANS, said Poonam Pandey that stripping comments worked for her and helped her to get famous.
